ticket.venice.it is an independent information site about tickets, prices, opening hours and transport in Venice. It doesn’t sell tickets, doesn’t enter into travel contracts, doesn’t require registration and doesn’t take money from readers. Every purchase takes place on the website of the seller you choose, whether that’s the venue’s own ticket office or a platform such as Tiqets or GetYourGuide, under that seller’s terms: those alone govern the order, payment, changes, cancellation and any refund.
Ownership of content
Texts, comparison tables, selections of data, page structure and design are the work of our editorial team and are protected by copyright law. Photographs are used under the licences listed on the photo credits page and remain the property of their authors. Trademarks mentioned, whether of museums, public bodies, platforms or operators, belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive and comparative purposes.
Permitted use
You may read, print and save pages for personal use, including to plan your trip, and quote short extracts provided you credit the source with a link to the original page. You may not reproduce the texts and tables in full or in substantial part, republish them on other websites, use them commercially, scrape the content in bulk or use our texts or data to train automated systems without written permission. You may not present the site, or any of its content, as the official channel of a Venetian museum, church or public body.
External links and partner links
The site links to third-party websites: official ticket offices, public bodies and booking platforms. Partner links to Tiqets and GetYourGuide are affiliate links that earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you. Some pages include booking widgets supplied by the same platforms. We don’t control third-party websites or widgets and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, contract terms or handling of personal data: their own rules apply. We check information against official sources and show the date of each review, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, always up to date or error-free: prices, opening hours and availability change without notice. Nor do we guarantee that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on the information published here, including missed bookings, refused entry, travel costs and purchasing decisions. The seller you bought from, under its own terms. We are not a party to the contract and we don't take the payment.
