There is one address for reaching the editorial team: hello@ticket.venice.it. You can write in Italian or English; always mention the page you’re writing about and, if you’re flagging a figure, where you saw the correct one.

We are not a ticket office. We don’t sell admission, we don’t issue vouchers, and we can’t change, cancel or refund an order placed elsewhere. There are no accounts or payments on this site: if you have a problem with a purchase, you need to contact whoever took your money.

Who to contact about an order or booking

Keep your order number and visit date to hand: without them no customer service can find the booking. If you can’t remember who sold you the ticket, check the sender of the confirmation email or the line on your card statement, which often shows the reseller’s name rather than the museum’s. Our profiles of platforms and operators are under Reviews.

A typical Venice case involves St Mark’s Basilica: the Procuratoria only accepts tickets sold through accredited channels. If you bought an entry from an unfamiliar seller, check with them straight away what it includes before you turn up at the door.

Corrections and tips

Error reports come before everything else: an updated price, an outdated opening time, a museum closed for restoration, a vaporetto stop that has moved, a broken link. We check the official source, make the correction and update the page’s review date.

If you run a business mentioned in one of our profiles and a detail has changed, send us the public reference and we’ll update the text. We won’t, however, remove a verdict on request.

Partnerships and press

We don’t publish sponsored content, paid reviews or commercial links added on request. Our only commercial relationships are the Tiqets and GetYourGuide affiliate programmes, explained on About us. For press enquiries, data tips or photographs, use the same address.

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply: details are in our privacy notice.

Frequently asked questions

I bought a ticket and something's wrong: can you help?

We can't act on an order we didn't issue. Look for the confirmation email: it shows the seller's name and the order number to quote when you contact their customer service.

Can you book the Doge's Palace or the Basilica for me?

No, we don't book on readers' behalf. The Doge's Palace is booked on the civic museums' website or through the call centre on +39 041 42730892 from abroad; the Basilica on the official site tickets.basilicasanmarco.it.

Do you accept sponsored articles or paid reviews?

No. Our only commercial relationships are the Tiqets and GetYourGuide affiliate programmes, disclosed on the site. We don't change a verdict in exchange for payment.

Can I write in English?

Yes. You can write to us in Italian or English: mention the page you're asking about and you'll get an answer sooner.
